By making a purchase from Pincho Universe, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These provisions are in place to ensure mutual understanding and acceptance of this agreement, with the aim of protecting both parties and setting expectations regarding our service.
Available delivery methods
To meet your needs, we offer two delivery options:
Free shipping
- Processing time: 3 to 4 business days
- Shipping time: 6 to 8 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These estimates reflect what most customers experience, but they are not guaranteed dates: busy periods, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally add a little time. We would always rather give you an honest estimate than promise a speed we cannot keep.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. You can follow your parcel's progress directly with the carrier. We recommend keeping an eye on the updates so you do not miss the delivery.
A couple of things to check
Your delivery address. We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout, so please double-check your house number, apartment, and ZIP code before confirming. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel that goes astray because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Marked as delivered but nothing there? Carriers occasionally scan parcels as delivered a little early. Please check around your property and with neighbors first. If it still has not arrived within 48 hours, contact the carrier and let us know, and we will help where we can.
International orders
Our store is open to customers around the world. If you are outside the United States and would like to order, please contact us at contact@poncho-universe.com before placing your order, so we can confirm availability, delivery times, and any costs for your location. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
